Return Period

Customers may return eligible fitness items within 8 days from the date of delivery or purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:


  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


  • Used fitness equipment
  • Personal hygiene items such as yoga mats, resistance bands, or wearable fitness gear once opened
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
  • Damaged items caused by improper use



Refund Process


  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.



Exchange Policy


Customers may request an exchange within 8 days for:


  • Defective items
  • Damaged products received during delivery
  • Wrong item delivered



Return Shipping


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
